Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@aerolidz.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
