If u have a one touch roof like we do. Angle the light bar. ( with the aerolids in place) slightly downwards this eliminates the vibration ( like a violin string) on your fabric. We did this and we now have no noise or vibration at all With the one touch roof even with the aero lids in place if u leave it in its normal position you will still have a ton of vibration due to the cloth on the one touch roof. If u make this slight adjustment downward you’ll realize that the aero lids really does a good job directing the airflow. Very happy ) Dan and Amy. Western Massachusetts

I was just about to give up on the light cover ever being manufactured again. It had been 2 years since i purchased the incorrect single row cover. I tried to exchange for double row when I found out they were out of stock and not sure when they would be available. The cover and insert finally completed my Christmas gift to my wife from '23. She is so excite to have the cover on finally. Cutting and fitting to the correct size is very easy.
I already had an old AeroLidz on there th at was very cloudy replaced it.This one is so much quieter, love the blackout on the top and bottom.Now you can see my insert.It's wonderful

So the noise level of my light bar was way to much to handle, I was on the hunt to try and fix this. I regular cover was not cutting it. I found this and was debating it because honestly due to the cost, it cost more than the light bar but the difference it made....night and day! I literally could not carry on a conversation with my husband in my jeep without this on, now its like I don't even have a light bar on.....for anyone who has a light bar, get it, it might be pricy but worth it! My only concern is I hope it holds up in the winter and colder elements, we shall see as winter is just starting here in VA.
Makes a world of difference in the “sounds” that come with a lightbar :) I wish I could get some inserts for it though!

I have been planning on modifying the flat surface of the light bar for some time now via plexiglass or other similar materials until I came upon your product. I bought it, made minor modifications to it to fit my lightbar and to work with the air dam I have built for the light bar. Noise and airflow over the cab and rack were of concern to me. The combination of the Aerolid, the lightbar air dam, and the airfoil on the roof rack have taken care of any noise issues I had, and have even increased my gas mileage noticeably. I love how well it works, and it looks good too.

Installed another Light Bar first, wind noise was so bad that couldnt even drive down the neighborhood road. This eliminates all the noise that I was experiencing with having a light bar installed on my jeep!!!
Soap and water, Plastic cleaner, Plastic polish, ceramic coating are all good sources. To clean the inside you can roll up a hand towel and slide in side. Use a broom stick to push the length of the AeroLidz.
Yes we have tested it on our own vehicles without a problem. The cover must be securely fastened to the right size light bar shown in our how to section. If your cover moves around easily you need to secure it with a zip tie or a Velcro strap before entering. You can always ask the car wash attendant to turn off the beater bar above.
Yes they fit the Dual row covers as long as the back of them measure 3.5" front to back. The shape will be either square or a long bullet shape. SEE our installation pics for sizing.

Very gently wipe with soap and water. DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS
It is very easy to fix this if it bothers you. Tape off the face with painters tape 3/4″ before the front ribs. Then paint the rest with Satin black spray paint. You can also watch this video on Youtube.
Check to make sure there is a battery in it. If not install a 2030 watch battery.
